The State of the Global Workplace: 2023 Report goes on to say, Although the world has recovered from the worst of the pandemic, employee stress remains at a record-high level.
One of leaderships' greatest concerns is having the right people in the right jobs and retaining them. Generally, if a person has the "acquired skills" (educational training) necessary to do the job, they are seen as qualified. However, they may not actually fit the job if their "motivating drives and needs" don't align with the job description.
The PI Behavioral Assessment tool provides a simple framework to understand people’s work behaviors. It measures an individual’s motivating needs and drives and is critical to successful hiring, coaching, motivating and developing employees.
When the "motivational drives and needs" are matched with the job targets coupled with the candidates "acquired skills," the person will be the right fit with a foundation for being an engaged employee.
